In the above question, the transplanetary process is described in the context of Globalisation. This Globalization is a transplanetary process involving increasing liquidity and growing multidirectional flows of people, objects, places, and information as well as the structures they encounter and create that are barriers to, or expedite, those flows. Before the introduction of globalization, all those factors like people, resources were limited to a particular place. There were various barriers to entry. But in the present era, things has changed and there is more mobility. Development in the field of transportation or communication has helped in the process of globalization. Introduction of Information technology also helped in the spread of information from one place to another. Thus globalization is explained in terms of liquid flow that means people, objects, or information can easily move from one place to another. But still inequality exists because free flow doesn't exist everywhere. Borders still exists between nations. Apart from flow of resources and people ,there also exist transfer of culture.

Barriers are seen in terms of some protectionist tariff policies also exist. Some structural barriers as seen in terms of class, size, race , gender also exist. But still global flows in terms of movement of people, products or international export and import ,even knowledge of other cultures is seen as one of the advantage of globalization. Sometimes globalization and transnationalism are used for one another but globalization is a more wider concept. Transnationalism is crossing geo-political borders immigrant in US sending remittances home to family members from where he belongs. But globalization is not just movement of people. Globalization thus wants to reduce those barriers which hinders free flow of people, objects, information.
