A team-based reward system is a way to compensate a group of people based on the combined contribution in employees or people in state of Georgia.In this new revised group based reward system the following can be anticipated challenges-
Resistance from employees who believe in performing individually- There are employees who wants that reward should be given to them based on their individual performance so they do not want to share their reward with others. this can pose challenge.
Ignorance of individual performance in which group and its all members would try to achieve the set standards of performance but not all members shows the equal level of performance but get equal share of rewards based on team reward system even one member perform lower than other so this ignore the performance level of individual level.
third challenge could be Lack of control over compensation dependent on colleagues' performance because if one member of the group is weak and affect performance of all team members then it can be a challenge.
