These jobs may be handled by the company's own employees previously.

The outside firm, which will be consider as the service provider, these service providers are supposed to perform the work either by own or may hire some other company for the same. Now a days outsourcing is become very common in IT industry, which includes programming and development of software or any type of technical support. They frequently outsource customer service and call service functions.
