Participating in sports makes them mentally and physically tired
that students suffer from depression.
colleges should have a very hectic life plus they have to involve
themselves into their sports and due to shortage of time they are
not able to complete their assignment and too much workload make
they suffer from the state of depression.
the main cause of depression can be sports if it did not manage
properly because it disturbs the student's mental status and their

athletes' mental status gets disturbed because when they are doing
physical activity their hormone level gets change such as cortisol
level gets down during the exercise which is the stress hormone and
students suffer from depression.
The athlete has to take a certain type of medication for their
fitness which has side effects and that can cause depression
