Success factor of coco cola is the target audience and repeated customer for their drink. They acquire major share in the market when comparing to their competitor Pepsi. I feel strategic lock in of coco cola is different sizes of bottle, and when we take food in KFC and McDonald's we don't forget to order coke. And it also found that coke is more consumed in KFC's bucket chicken. Coke's market is huge and they have very tough competition in the market cokis having registered supplier to avoid conflicts and customers in the market, many celebrities represented coke comparing to Pepsi. Their network effect is more of buyers for their different product.
