Answer #1

Group presentations are all about confidence and body language. Thus, the outline of the presentation will be made in a way that will make the presentation engaging and graceful.

1. The audience, judges and chief guets will be addressed in a cordial manner (1min)

2. The purpose and importance of the project at the present scenario will be explained in simpler terms. It will be explained in ways with which everyone will relate to and which will engage them into the presentation (2mins)

3. The presentation will start and every slides will be explained in brief and in an attractive manner. The presenters will not see the notes while speaking and will speak in a way which will show that they understand what they are talking about. The tone will be kept moderate and it will be checked whether everyone are able to hear them or not. The slides will be kept minimum but filled with relevant information. (5mins)

4. After the end of the presentation, the audience and everyone who attentively listened to the presentation will be thanked and then they will be said to ask questions about the presentation if they have any query. This questions will be properly answered and thus, a good knowledge about the project topic must be there in each of the students. (2mins)

If these stages are followed and time is maintained then within 10 minutes, the presentation will turn out to be really good and worthy of a good marks.
