One issue facing urban or rural communities today that I feel passionate about is lack of enough employment opportunities. This issue motivates me because it is one of the major issues in the current scenario and I feel that something needs to be done about it in order to maintain a balance and elevate people from the poverty. I feel that this issue could potentially be addressed by first acknowledging the issue and then focussing on creation of jobs in all the sectors which could give enough opportunities to people. Moreover people must be provided formal trainings, skillsets development classes and technical/industrial workshops etc so that they can hone their skills and capabilities to be able to fit the specified job. Hence inculcative efforts by the Government and educational institutions must be done so that the required skillsets must be imparted and right jobs must be created for the people.
