If i manager of clinic : How to impose time management technique for Speech language pathologist employee in clinic to be on time at work , and to be punctual on their session time attendance? . and How to write them formally in the work contract?

However, there will be penalties for later comers and subsequent late arrivals will result in a late fine of one day salary.
