Change Theory

Change theory or theory of change is a theory given by an organization which states how the organization’s practices will bring a change at a global level. The major elements of the theory are:-

  1. Outcomes- The desired change
  2. Preconditions or pathways those are required for the outcomes.

The process associated with the change theory encourages creative thinking pattern, affirming the strategies, increased effectiveness and efficiency in the process of monitoring and evaluation.

Facilitation of change workshop is spread over different set of knowledge and skill-sets. The theory of change will affect the Facilitation Change Workshop in the following ways:-
