Cpk = MIN(UPPER LIMIT - MEAN / 3 * STANDARD DEVIATION, MEAN - LOWER LIMIT / 3 * STANDARD DEVIATION)
Cpk = MIN(20.5 - 20 / 3 * 1.25, 20 - 19.5 / 3 * 1.25)
Cpk = MIN(0.1333, 0.1333)
Cpk = 0.133
