The 3.8 ppm proton exchanges with deuterium upon addition of D2O. In the IR spectrum, a wide absorption in the range of 3600-3200 cm-1 and a more sharp absorption at 1703 cm-1 is seen, among other things. Write down the structure of the substance based on this information.
