Let me consider a company Nike, let me share the mission statement of Nike, Nike is working on bringing innovation on athletes wear and shoes, they are also bringing inspiration for the athletes across the world, their slogan is Just do it…, the Mission statement is prepared to serve the short term goals of the organization, here, such mission statement directly focusing on the specific customers needs and expectations, and company or brand understanding their needs, they have prepared the immediate goals, further, it creates emphasis on fulfilling such goals with strategic focus, we can see the main component in the mission statement of Nike, those are like Innovation or become research driven, Inspiration or making many giveaways for their target customers, further, the mission statement also considering the market of Athletes across world,
