Answer #1
  1. The mission of Apple is to enhance customer experience through hardware, software, or services. The vision of Apple was to bring about new gadgets that are not present globally. In my opinion, the vision, mission, and objectives of Apple align with each other as the motive of all of them is to constantly innovate and update the gadgets produced by the organization and enhance the customer experience by providing them new technologies.
  2. Porter's 5 forces model state the following:

Competitive rivalry: The competition faced by Apple is immense worldwide because of many new mobile companies coming into the market and producing great phones at lower costs. To survive in the competitive and price-sensitive market becomes difficult for Apple

Bargaining power of customers: This again is very strong in the external environment for Apple because if the customers are not provided with gadgets that are valued for money they will shift to competitor brands. hence, the bargaining power of customers is extremely high.

Bargaining power of suppliers: The suppliers do not have much bargaining power as the technology which is supplied to Apple is patented. Hence, the suppliers are stuck with Apple.

Threat of new entrants: Apple plays in a high-class market and to match that price and quality along with the features and then shake the market share of Apple is not easy for any brand.

Threat of Substitutes: This is a weak force because the technology provided by Apple along with the features are not matchable in the market currently.

3. The technology of Apple is unmatchable and is constantly being updated and upgraded through innovation. The inbound logistics and operations again are very sorted with the products being manufactured smoothly. The employees are chosen carefully by the brand are trained properly post being recruited. The warranty for Apple is very smooth and there is no customer who goes unsatisfied. The customer care number and offices are available every time for the customers. The marketing of Apple does not take much load because of the well-established name of it in the market. There are multiple Apple stores across the world and the technology of Apple is patented.

4. Apple is not weak in any of the areas. They launch one model of any of its products worldwide and the price is the same across the world. The headquarter takes a decision regarding serious matters but in each country, there is a head who is delegated to take issues related to customer problems. The brand has multiple products and diversified in a healthy way.

5. Steve Jobs does have a lot of contribution to the success of Apple but under the new leadership, the brand will achieve great heights. The reason behind the success of Apple is the technological advancements they undertake and that philosophy is inculcated in the minds of all the employees. The brand constantly trains and motivate their staff to work towards providing products not available currently and focus on increasing customer satisfaction.
