Lunch : Grilled steak, rice, salad

Dinner: Chicken stir fry and noodles.

RECREATION OF FOOD FOR MEAT EATERS WITH PLANT SOURCES:

BREAKFAST: Sprouted lentils salad, Tofu (fermented soy milk) and orange juice.

LUNCH: Rice, green leaves, Chick peas

DINNER: Noodles, potato salad, red beans.

FOR THE VEGANS:

MONDAY MENU FOR MEAT EATERS:

BREAKFAST: Scrambled eggs with Beacon and milk

RECREATED MENU FOR VEGANS FOR MONDAY:
