Moment of Truth: It is described as the interactions which the customers have with the brand, that may be direct or indirect, which can influence the customer's perspective towards the brand. Moment of Truth can be positive of Negative. POSITIVE moment of truth can help in brand building and gaining trust in customers.

Eg. Moment of Truth in Branded Stores : Making the store decorated with luxurious environment and offering major discounts on the key products.
