Imagine that you have been given the task to create either an internal training video or an external sales brochure for your company. What proactive strategies can you use to assure that what you create contains appropriate diversity and fairly represents the diverse faces and voices that you choose to incorporate?

In either of the case, I will ensure that I will cover the following aspect of the organization which fairly represent the diverse faces and voices that is to be incorporated

1. I will take all team inputs in the brochure or in the video which so ever team is working in the company. Representation of each team put emphasize on how linked the company is.
2. Take inputs from the various team members making sure that an equal number of male and female employee representation
3. Introduce some of the leaders in the brochure and video who are from diverse background and culture and how are they working together towards a common goal
4. I will provide the picture of some company celebration which will show the uniqueness of the company culture and cohesion among the employee
