2. Difference between HMO and PPO: PPO stands for preferred Provider organization plan. This plan allows the patient to choose any hospital from the network plan hospitals to get the help without getting any primary prescription from the physician.

HMO: HMO is a network of doctors and hospital, which provide facilities to the plan holders at a lower rate than the usual.
