The Programming is the process which is done as the planning or mapping the programs that company is going to execute and the actual ratio of the resources given for planned programs. This includes the objective and purpose based on all the functional areas like marketing, legal, operations, and social concerns that is related to organization. The type of features or services to be provided to the customer, quality and quantity of the service or a product, all the planning of long term or a short term is identified here.

Budgeting is the process that explains the the programming in monetary or financial term over a specific time frame which is mostly annually. This represents the best plan for optimal use of the resources to reach the goal and execute the programs as planned.

Controlling of a management control system is the ongoing process were manager supervises members of the firm to work on the programming with the budgeting. The correction of performance and measurement is done continuously to avoid congestion in work.

A management control system collects and utilizes information to analyze the performance of organization and its resources according to the programming through budgeting and analyzing the actual performance as planned and controlling the expenses by making optimal utilization and finding out the cause of operating issues.
