here as population N=3200 is higher in comparison to sample size n=4 ; therefore we can use binomial approximation

P(same number of males as females)=4C2(0.5)2(0.5)2 =0.375

therefore P(different number of each) =1-0.375 =0.625

from above we can see that it is more likely you would get different number of each.
