Expectation of Privacy:- Exception of privacy in simple word we can define as " A certain individual's opinion that a certain location or situation is private it is varies place to place or person to person it is the term which a kind of exception for each and every human being on earth and even we can say that expectation of privacy generally recognized by the society and in this time of era protected by the law in most of the countries across the globe. People expect privacy when they are in their homes and when they are going somewhere by their car etc. Example;- A person or a human being can expect the privacy in the hotels, public rest rooms, public transport, even private portion of jail. These are the areas where you can expect the privacy and indeed required in these places but sometime cant expect privacy on public places like, beaches, Pub , Malls etc. This was about the of human's physical surroundings but expectation of privacy can be in various field of a human being. Like in the internet which is a kind of virtual privacy and we have over the internet or when using our mobiles it ask for the privacy or you will get the notification message that what the things or stuff you are going to share with the app or website you are about to access so you should be very careful when allowing (just a advice).
When we discuss more about expectation for privacy it is kind of choice which matters a lot for each and everyone as a human being because there are lot of things in your daily life or daily routine you have lot of things which you cant share with anyone not even with your family members and even with your wife. So when you expect that things or actions which you are doing in your life or on internet and you are assure that share information will remain with you and with in a limited space where only you have that access it is called expectation of privacy.
When we discuss the relation of privacy with the work place we simply can find out that increased use of technology in the workplace has created new concerns for both employers and employees in the area of privacy. The main reasons for this huge expansion in the use of technology in the workplace are far surprising.Technology has enabled employers to monitor virtually all workplace communications made by employees using computers including use of the Internet and company e-mail. While employees may feel that this monitoring is a violation of their privacy rights, it is usually allowed under the law have clear and specific rights to privacy in the workplace, but these rights are balanced against their employers' privileges to monitor their business operations. If you're an employee who believes that your employer may have overstepped legal boundaries in connection with your privacy rights, or if you just have questions about your right to privacy in the workplace, talk to a local employment lawyer who can clarify your rights.
In conclusion we can say exception of privacy at the work place is a limited thing which you can expect because you can every type of privacy at workplace and mainly you cant expect according to you only. At the same time your employer also dont have full rights to access each things in those things which are related to employment and or which you required during the job according to the constitution of that respected country.
