Explain the meaning of the following ethics traps: rationalization, conformity, following orders, lost in a crowd, and blind spots.

Rationalization- It also meant be excuses. In other words controversial behaviors are justified and in this people are creative but are less ethical. In this unethical are rationalized by them.

conformity- This means following the standards , rules, Procedures etc. In conformity changing ourselves in order to fit into the public in large.

following orders - If senior gives any orders this is followed irrespective of whether those orders are correct or incorrect with fear of loss of job, Fear of punishment

lost in a crowd - If the people believe that someone else will take the responsibility and they dont respond and interested to take any responsibility.

blind spots - This is to evidence which cant be seen or ignored however it is available
