Actually reverse statement is true that receptors of tyrosine kinase binds to different type of growth hormone

2) c option correct as certain mutation happen in Tyrosine kinase receptor that leads to continous switch on even in absence of growth factor that results in switch on the cascade pathways and cells continously keep on dividing and ultimately leads to cancer.
