Answer: C ) Regular spikes

As in a square wave, the value of current remains the same for half-cycle and then reverses after every half cycle. During the half-cycle as the current does not change its value there is no induced emf in the secondary coil.

Hence only during transitions of the half-cycle where the current changes we get output and this output will be in term of regular spikes.
