Relating to my course about Creating and Managing Organizational Units (OUs), Working with Groups, Configuring Server Authentication and Services and Supporting Authentication and Authorization.

I want to know, When you are become an administrator at the Contoso Corporation. You have the responsibility to make sure that passwords for all users at at least eight characters and are changed every 90 days. It must ensure that each password is a strong password. Also have users who are on the road. Because these users use laptops that contain confidential information, must ensure that each password is 10 characters and is changed every 30 days.

Describe the actions you will take to accomplish this?

If I am an administrator, I would set up OPSJOB which would automatically send notifications to the end user before 5 days of password expiry to change the password. The previous passwords are stored in a hash and compared with a new password so that it won't be the same. The regex patterns are established with a minimum requirement of password that it should be of 8 or more characters.
