Both stars happen to explode simultaneously in your reference frame at the instant you are exactly halfway between them. (a) Do you see the flashes simultaneously? If you do, explain how. If you do not, which flash do you see first and what is the time difference between the two flashes? (b) Are the flashes simultaneous for an observer at rest exactly mid-way between the stars in the stars’ reference frame? Explain.

as the speed of light is independent of speed at which we move, the flashes arrive at the same time

so, yes , we see the flashes simultaneously

Explanation - We are at rest in ourframe of reference ,and  the explosions are equally distant.

For all observes location at the midpoint, the  flashes will occur simultaneously
