Having trained staff is key. However, would you say having more people involved in data input and dissemination be a more reliable option or is there as much as too many? One would assume more hands in the pot would lead to higher odds of human error. This is considering this being done within a company's financial constraints.

Answer #1

Data entry and recording is one of the fields where I believe all hands on deck can mean the difference between an excellent execution and a great one. Simple considerations such as complexity with designing the structure for an increased number of individuals is not a constraint, instead, with well-defined roles, increased number of people with few skilled individuals for analysis can create a far greater outlook for them than either having a few key individuals or too large a workforce with less qualified personnel. The fact that financial constraints are placed should also mean that since skilled individuals could potentially ask for considerably higher wage and benefits could also point us towards the understanding for hiring more individuals that are cross-functional rather than hiring experts.
