answer-

the establishment i want to choose for mystery shop is Walmart. I chose this establishment because This is the place where i can get helpful information for manager related to how customers interact at stores, how and why they purchase at its stores . i would also able to know that how employees at its stores behave and help its customers shopping there like i went to shop at walmart and i could not find a shaker for my protien shake so i aks one of the employee to help me out. The employee instantly came and take me to the section where i can have shakers from different size and prices.

This Mystery shopping will help me to give my unbiased opinion to the manager of the store so that they can make good decisions related to how they can improve customer experience , train employees if they need it. Without the reports that mystery shoppers submit, companies would be missing out on important information about their business and they would have less of an idea as to how to improve
