  1. Concurrency Control: Without losing the consistency of a database, when we do 2 transactions simultaneously, then it is called as concurrency control.
  2. Recovery: When we recover data in DBMS, lost due to any kind of failures such as hardware, electronic, power supply etc successfully, then it is called as recovery.
  3. Concurrency Control: The concurrency algorithm ensures that the transaction which we are doing, happens automatically.
  4. Recovery: The purpose of the recovery algorithm is, if some task is failed due to some reason and the task is unable to finish, then the recovery algorithm must remove/eliminate the effects of the transaction partially completed.
