A variation on this theme is the ketogenic diet (keto) which is a low-carb, high-fat diet. Explain the idea behind these diets. Ketogenic diet is consists mainly of low carbohydrate foods i.e 5% of energy that is coming from carbohydrate and much of the fat based foods.
