Expand break rooms into lunch style cafeterias to benefit employees and encourage them to spend less on meals at the workplace. Many people have to bring their lunch or spend their 30 min lunch break on a fast food line to grab a meal and run back to the office. Financial planning and profit sharing should be encouraged. Offer bonuses to employees to use “green” initiatives to help the environment. Offer job sharing, telecommuting when applicable and other work arrangements for employees to include single parents.
