Applying knowledge of reconstruction plans to my own city/town/rural area. What specific reconstruction issues could my community face with a natural disaster?

Reconstruction of city or village during the natural disaster is one of the difficult job the local government face.

During natural disaster the people will might lose their family members, shelter, roads, food etc

1. If disaster is a flood, first difficult task is to distribute the food to the people. Government should distribute food with the help of helicopters, because all roads might have flooded difficult to choose the roadways.
2. Repairs of road and train ways. Reconstruction of railways and roads ways needs so much funds to repair, that to during the disasters government might face lack of funds.
3. After the constructions of roads. Government should reconstruct the people shelter which is one of the main basic needs.
4. People in the disaster place will face money problems to buy the basic needs like food and clothing etc. so government should seek the relief fund from the disaster free places.
5. Power supply is the might disconnect during the disasters time. Hence reconstructing the power connection is one of the difficult task
6. Reconstruction of mobile networks. Mobile network is most needed for the people during the disasters in order to connect the relatives, friends , other people who wish to give relief funds to the city people.
