What policy do you recommend for companies regarding employees spending time on their personal Facebook and other social media accounts? Could your policy be enforced? How? Why?

Ans. I would recommend the companies a policy that facilitate the use of social media by the employees and also Foster the interest of the company. Yes , this can be done hand in hand. A policy can be deviced that would link the social media accounts of the employees with the company. This can lead to promotion of the company in social media and would give leisure time to the employees too. However , a stipulated time needs to be given to the employees to control the usage of social media. Social media jammers can be used in rest of the hours so that employees don't waste their time using the social media sites. Yes , this policy can be enforced because it's more realistic and enforceable and there is no need for some high tech technology to enforce this. This policy would improve the productivity of employees and the company too.
