Answer #1

The person in general have a mentally to judge the person and make perspective beforehand . So if there's is a new management coming and taking a place at top level in place of existing management then ppl at lower management already thinks that they are dominant since they are overtaking the existing management.

The change leaders can be successful if they follow dominant style since the lower management will respond more aggressivly thinking they are important. And there opinion matters

That management with such image will be successful will they bring changes slowly and progressivly .

Managers do not have flexible in behaviour because they try to get ppl work done according to the best approach for organisation. If they keep changing there approach this will confuse the ppl
