It can also use media relations by communicating with media to aware the public about the company.
sales promotion- this would include Incentives to customers who purchase services of travel agencies like discounts on travel package before specified time, free gifts to customers, free dinner cards etc to increase sale of service.
Personal selling- In this method, the sales agent will contact with customers on face to face or using telephone. they try to inform about latest travel packages and its benefits to customers at what price. they will try to persuade them to purchase travel agency services.
