The Asthma medicine for an customer who has Asthma is like Life saving option if customers have positive attitude to this new asthma medicine drug but showing some hesitation to purchase that then there would be some reasons which are as follows-

The Company which is selling the Drugs has not shown and practical demo or drug Reviews due to which customers are in conflict that they should buy their products or not. they would think that this new drug may be used on them for the first time or they are the new first customers who would use their products. This creates a fear of failure what if new drug does not work or what if company has not background data to support the working of drugs.

so to solve this Company or marketer of this new drug should include LOGOs in their advertisement which shows the statistics or facts about the new Drugs.

the second reason could be that customers are loyal to a old asthma drugs which they are using for a long period of time and giving relief to them. there many products we see in advertisement and have positive attitude towards them but we still do not purchase all of them because we are loyal to some products.

To solve this, company or marketer can do more promotions like discounts, offers, extra benefits etc to persuade customers to purchase the new medicine.
