Pearson's value of 0.61 implies that there is a moderate relationship between job satisfaction and job security. And there is a positive relationship i.e. as the job security increases, the job satisfaction also increases.

Factors that could affect this relationship are promotion opportunities, pay scale, relationship with co-workers and supervisors, flexibility and creativity in the job
