1) Goal of website

The organizers who are organizing this wants to creates a website also because it should reach the
maximum people and can help the needy one.
2) End users
The end users are the sponsors who wants to give money and support for education and shelter to
orphans and poor people. The administrator of this charity should be able to reach end users and describe
about it's social work.
3)Need of having a website
To extend the services throughout the Earth, the one should be aware of the charity organization. So
instead of mouth advertising, creating a website is a better way to reach the end users.
4) Users at website
The sponsors or the end users expect that what are the charity works that are under going on this
organization, is any one benefited from this, previous activities and present efforts.
5) Scope of project
A charity trust is irreversible trust established for charity purposes under some jurisdiction.charitable trust
enjoys a varying degree of tax benefits. If the admin shows all these advantages through the website one
can easily motivated and make some benefit to organization.
6) Deployment items and out of scope
The deployment items in this project is preparing the website, them seeing up the domain name system
(DNS) means creating a name for the website, creating a live testing set for the domain name what we get,
testing the website and creating some email accounts, after everything is successful back up and set the
live one.

As the charity or organization what the admins want to explain is through online more only, means there
may be chance that end users might not trust about this, the feasibility for the project is also decreased,
these terms can be treated as the out of scope of the project.
