Answer #1

1. Plan do check act:-

PDCA is an iterative four-stage management approach used by businesses to continuously monitor and improve their processes and products. Also known as Deming Circle / Cycle / Wheel, Shewhart Cycle, Control Circle / Cycle or Study Plan-A (PDSA). The other version of this PDCA cycle is OPDCA. "O" is an observation or, in some versions, "observe the current state." From the literature on smooth production and the Toyota production system, the observations and current situation are of great value.

plan :-

Set up goals and processes to deliver the results you want.

A thing to do :-

The supplementary step allows you to create a plan in the previous step. Small changes are often tested and data is collected to confirm that the changes take effect.

Check:-

The control phase, the data collected and the results collected are evaluated. Compare your data with expected results to identify similarities and differences. In the planning phase, the test process is also evaluated for changes from the original test.

Act:-

This action step is called "customization", in which the process is enhanced. Note the "do" and "check" steps to help you identify problems with the process. These issues can include issues, mistakes, opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and other unoptimized issues. The cause of these problems can be investigated, found, and eliminated by changing the process. The risk is reassessed.

It is the basis of PDCA's scientific methods and iterations. If the hypothesis is confirmed or rejected, then realizing the cycle increases knowledge. Repeating the PDCA cycle can generally bring users closer to their goals for optimal operation and execution.

2. Means end Analysis:-

MEA technology is a strategy for controlling efforts to solve problems. Depending on the actual situation and the target situation, the action is selected and the difference is reduced. The action is performed in the current state to create a new state, and the process is applied recursively to this new state and the target state.

To apply the MEA, the target system must have a way to support the margin reduction task from the margin task. Since sequence operations of certain operations can fail, alternative sequence attempts can be made, so there must be a tool for detecting progress (changes between the current and desired states).

3. Hurson's productivity thunking method:-

Model productivity and Tim Hurson's theory of creativity. It was published in 2007. Word of mouth is not an individual or a problem or problem set (PS).

Despite the problem, there are some problems that can arise in response to the problem. The problem before the problem, otherwise, if it does, one or more problems will run over the wings. It didn't matter anyway.

Therefore, the decision is to stop production and not actively support it. Criticism is required, so the process must be carried out and there are problems Those are synonyms, this is not a problem to solve, it was great. That's a solid ceremony buzz. Do not take care of you. Here is the package to make a decision. Cotton uses PS, but it should be an individual issue. This is not an interesting and innovative innovative problem.

4.control influence accept:-

The CIA is a spiritual structure used to distinguish the challenges, obstacles, and obstacles that can arise in all walks. Jon Kabit-Zinn said, "You can't stop the waves, but you can learn to surf."

Life's challenges affect what we can control, what we can influence, or what we need to accept. It's easy to write, but I'm struggling personally in the face of pressure to provide sales.

Control: I do not need help for it; It's just me and me.

Influence:- You can handle it, but you need to influence people to get experts and resources.

Accept: You can't control or cause this problem. Therefore, the situation must be taken radically.

5. Grow model:-

There are different versions of GROW models. The following table provides an overview of the steps, but there are other steps. In this version, "O" has two meanings.

G-goals are the end points you want. The goal must be stated and very clear when the customer has achieved it.

R-reality:- is where your current customers are. What are the problems and challenges, and how far are they from the goal?

O: obstacles: There is a barrier that prevents customers from reaching their destination. The client was able to achieve the goal without barriers.

Options identify barriers and customers need to find ways to overcome their progress. Option.

W: way forward need to change the practical steps that lead to customers.

6.OODA loop: -

The OODA cycle (observation, positioning, decision, execution) is a four-step decision-making process that publishes information, understands the situation, and makes the right decisions, allowing you to make changes quickly. Much data has been provided. Strategies are implemented at an individual and organizational level. This is especially useful for competing scenarios and responding to faster changing environments.

The OODA Walk is the decision cycle for US Army generals and Colonel John Boyd. Boyd often applies this concept to operations in military operations. It is now used to understand trade and learning processes. This approach describes how one outperforms one when dealing with opponents. This is especially true in internet security and internet security.
