Answer #1

Mass of calcium carbonate in one tablet = 38.5% 2.60g

Mass of calcium carbonate in one tablet =( 2.60×38.5)÷100

Mass of calcium carbonate in one tablet = 1.001g

total mass of calcium carbonate = 1750mg = 1.750g

(Because 1000mg = 1g)

Number of tablet

=(total mass of calcium carbonate)/(mass of calcium carbonate in one tablet)

Number of tablet =( 1.750g/1.001g)

Number of tablet = 1.748

or

Number of tablet = 1.75 (approx)

Or

Number of tablet = one and three fourth
