3-3) Yes, personnel working in a project organizational structure should undergo seminars on regular basis so as to better understand their environment. As there are constant changes in environment and people working in the project may get cut off from regular business, these sessions helps them to be aligned. They should have sessions half yearly. I believe, all should be treated equally and should have these sessions as per defined frequency irrespective of project organizational form selected as all need to understand and be aligned for same standard and changes.
