Answer #1

1.B) Market Share is the measure of a given company's annual sales expressed in percentage of the overall sales of the industry.

Assume A company XYZ produces bathing soaps and the company recorded annual sales of $20 Million

The overall Soap industry sales in that year was $100 Million

Market Share of the company = 20/100 * 100% = 20%

2.A) Peer group discussion.

It is the discussion among people having shared interests and beliefs. This is the best recommended forum to change attitude and behaviour.

Put a smoker on discussion of "Ill effects of smoking" with his fellow peers. There can be some stride in the positive direction towards curbing smoking behaviour. Peer discussion really helps adolescent children to bring a radical change in their behaviour by means of openly and actively participating in a peer group discussion.
