Answer: We are writing about four of the management theories that were researched at after the industrial revolution is as below

  • Frederick Taylor’s Scientific Management Theory: This was the first theory came out after the industrial revolution. The aim of the theory to use the scientific ways and technology for improving the productivity of the organization. Thus it focuses on use of science and technology in industrial efficiency improvements.
  • Henri Fayol’s Administrative Management Theory: This theory suggested improving the productivity and efficiency of the organization by improving the administration of the organization with the help of top to down approach. This theory suggested 14 principal of administration that helps the manager to organize with the employee for productivity improvements.
  • Max Weber’s Bureaucratic management theory: This theory proposed the bureaucratic management approach in the business which focuses on developing suitable structure of the organization in hierarchical fashion with clear rule and regulations for better administration in the organization.
  • Elton Mayo’s Human Relation Theory: This theory suggested the approach of developing human relations among the employee so that employee will deliver better result in the organization. Improved working conditions will motivate the people and they will deliver better contribution in the organization.
