The official currency of Netherlands is EURO. In 2009, the Netherlands currency has appreciated by 7.53%. In 2009, the Netherlands currency was the strongest against the US Dollar, while in 2016 the EURO was weekest against US dollar where almost one USD was equal to 0.95 Euro. The most troubling year was 2015 as EURO depleted by almost 13% in one calender year being highest in last 10 Years.
