Explain the nature of the interrelationship among self-sacrificing behavior, trust, and leadership outcomes using an example from history/current events.

Interrelationships helps in understanding each other and building strong factor of trust and it drives out proper leadership through colloborative support . One of the current event where the interrelationships was evident was organisation of major events like FIFA worldcup. The Russian worldcup which was in 2018 shown an exemplary quality of organising skills where around 32 countries participated and people from more than 80 nations visited the country during that period. Alexey Sorokin was the chief organiser proved his mettle and leadership capabilities through proper planning, design and execution of all activities in the most systematic way. Trust was important factor where there was many threats before worldcup on security levels which was scrutinized properly and form teams who manage the amicable conditions for both players and viewers
