If a company rewards the employees based on a combination of current and future values of customers,then I think the decision making of such a company will be of unstable nature because I think the employees should be rewarded according to the performance shown by them. The criteria of giving rewards on the basis of combination of current and future values of customers is not right according to me. Employee are a valuable asset of the organization and they should be treated in a very fair manner because with the help of employees only the goals and objectives of the organization can be achieved in a specified period of time.
Thus, from the way the organization is rewarding it's employees,i don't think that the organization will be having a very good decision making process.
