To close the USB port there are several ways.

Like using USB disabling tools such as devcon etc

or disable it from the control panel.

I am using command line to close the USB port

"To close the usb port go to the command line and type as follow":

reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UsbStor /v "Start" /t REG_DWORD /d "4" /f

(This is the command to close the usb port )

"To open or enable the usb port again type as follows":

reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UsbStor /v "Start" /t REG_DWORD /d "3" /f

(Here we just changed the value from 4 to 3)

These are commands to open and close the usb port
