What attributes, columns, or data would allow us to determine churn? Also, how do we categorize voluntary and involuntary churn with the data?
Ans
FOR measuring CHURN it involves three main variables .
1. A specified period of time
2. The number of the customers we had at the initial period of the time .
3. The number of the customers we have lost during the period of time .
So these are the columns and data that will allow us to determine the churn .
We can categorize the voluntary and involuntary churn by the different type to mitigate the churn .Like the involuntary churn is where in the example where the user do not update the personal information of the bank account . So it will reduce the revenue of the subscription and hence reduce the business . Hence this type of passive can be said as involuntary churn . Now the voluntary churn the customer take part in updating the personal information whereas in involuntary the customer do not take part in updating the information .
