1. Communication is basically the conversation between two or more persons. It is exchange of ideas ,thoughts , emotions , feelings etc. Communication is a type of channel. In this the the sender also called encoder sends the message through a medium or channel and the receiver called decoder receives the message and through a medium or channel send their feedack to the sender.

It can either be verbal or non-verbal.

• VERBAL COMMUNICATION : In verbal communication the message is send via text , writing or by speaking with mouth. It is further divided into oral communication and written communication.

Oral communication means communicating with words , speaking , face to face conversations , telephonic conversations , radio , television etc.

Written communication means sending the message through writing like by sending messages , letters , postcards etc.

• NON VERBAL COMMUNICATION : In non verbal communication message is send non verbally like gesture , body language , facial expressions , tone of voice etc.  
• FORMAL COMMUNICATION : In this while communication proper rules and regulations are followed. It is basically communication in official style.
• INFORMAL COMMUNICATION : In this communication can be done via some channels , or face to face or we can say a casual talk.
