Which of the major stages in the issue management process do you think is the most important?
The broadly inclusive stage is the most important because it involves more with the deeper issues that are involved in management. It looks at the most important issues that dal with the internal and external challenges of the company. As stated by Carroll and Buchholtz, “broadly, in which strategic issues and the strategic management processare the focus of attention”
Give a definition of ethical business behavior, explain the components involved in making ethical decisions, and give an example from your personal experience of the sources of ethical norms that affect you while making these determinations.
Ethical business behavior tends to involve behaving ethically in the mist of there being no incentives to do so. Ethical behaviors also may come from the idea of social norms that we deal with in everyday life as well. Example would be; a big company has the occurrence of large amounts of workers being unhappy due to a heavy presence of racial discrimination among other workers, the company would follow this by working to prevent hiring / dealing with individuals who chose to conduct themselves in such manners.
