Introduction:

The best way to motivate any people in work environment is to provide a personal [intrinsic motivation] and professional [extrinsic motivation] satisfaction with the job they are performing and going to perform in future.

For the purpose of rending personal and professional satisfaction, they would be individually consulted and would be assessed and asked about their expectations in relations to their job current and in mere future, compensation expected, work environment and flexibility required, essential welfare and social securities as well as other benefits and incentives that would further motivate them to perform well.

On obtaining the opinion from every individual, I would lay down norms and policies that would best benefit the most of the individuals at the workplace and the company.

Steps planned for employee training

Create a friendly training environment
Acknowledge employees’ during training sections while interactions
Fast, actionable feedback
Rewarding employees
Encourage friendly competition
Create and discuss the career path after training
Encourage teamwork
Create a friendly training environment: This action to my experience will create enthusiasm for coming to training sections. Appropriate infrastructures, trainer and break with delicious eatables would be more considered.

Acknowledge employees’ during training sections while interactions: Every interaction will be appreciated and encouraged. To my experience, this would not just encourage interactions but also clarify their doubts.

Fast, actionable feedback: effectiveness of the training should not be measured at an end but had to be measured at every section to improvised in the next section. Hence, feedback from the respondents would be collected at every section end about the knowledge and communication level of the trainer, infrastructure and other amenities.

Rewarding employees: employees on successful completion with a considerable score would be rewarded monetarily, this would encourage forthcoming employees for training section and encourage them to do better.

Encourage friendly competition: A real-time project would be rendered and training effectiveness would be monitored. Lack of specific skillset would to noted and included to training section.

Create and discuss the career path after training: on successful completion of the project, every individual would be called and discussed their career ladder. As a manager would make sure the career ladder would match their personal and professional life needs.

Note: Every training syllabus and corresponding trainers will be evaluated before the training. Further training syllabus would be framed keeping every individual opinion in mind. Every training program would undergo strict ethical rules a prohibit absenteeism only under certain conditions.
